When utilizing our platform (including but not limited to the search functionalities, "Add / Update Agency" forms, and "Request for Quote (RFQ)" submissions), you strictly agree that:

• You will not submit or use false, inaccurate, or deliberately misleading information.
• You will not engage in spamming, phising, or automated scraping of the directory's data.
• You will not engage in any actions that cause direct or indirect harm to other users, listed agencies, or the Research Asia Directory service itself.

Violations of these terms will result in immediate IP blocks and the permanent rejection of future updates or inquiries from the offending entity.
